🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may email us within 14 days of receiving your order at Merelite.eu@gmail.com to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original packaging and condition
• Include your order number, item name, and brief reason for return

Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• A restocking fee may apply
• Only purchases from www.Merelite.com are eligible for return
• If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, non-delivery, or unpaid duties, we may deduct original shipping fees and apply a restocking charge

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re truly sorry. Please email Merelite.eu@gmail.com within 48 hours with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage
• A short description of the issue
We will review and arrange a solution promptly.

💳 Refunds

Q: How long does a refund take?
Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

📦 Lost Parcels

Q: What if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 60 days, we will provide a full refund.
