🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing support@merelite.com.

Return Conditions:
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition
• Please provide your order number, item name, and a brief reason for the return

Please Note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
• A restocking fee may apply
• Only items purchased from www.merelite.com are eligible for return
• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, non-delivery, or unpaid customs duties, we may deduct the original shipping cost and apply a restocking fee

🧾 Exchanges & Damaged Items

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re truly sorry. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@merelite.com
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage
• A brief description of the issue
We will review and arrange a resolution as soon as possible.

💳 Refunds

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

📦 Lost Parcels

Q: What if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel has not arrived within 60 days, we will issue a full refund.
Please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date to file a claim.
