Q: Do you accept returns?

Return Conditions:

âą Please provide your order number, item name, and a brief reason for the return

âą Original shipping costs are non-refundable
âą Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
âą A restocking fee may apply
âą Only items purchased from www.merelite.com are eligible for return
âą If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, non-delivery, or unpaid customs duties, we may deduct the original shipping cost and apply a restocking fee

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3â5 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5â10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Q: What if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel has not arrived within 60 days, we will issue a full refund.
Please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date to file a claim.
