This is a modest rainbow glaze, that is not as flashy as some, and with its shallower, wider body, it strikes me as more delicate. I like it very much.

LOVE IT! Finally put it to use today and it's super comfortable in the hand and holds a full steeping from a 120 ml gaiwan which is a nice change from the smaller cups that typically come with sets. It's hefty in the way that quality should be but not so much it's off-putting to use. The leaf inlay looks very pretty through this Moonlight White tea. Loved it so much went back and bought another one (different, of course!).

A little duller than in the web site photos, but still a beautiful emerald color. Put in a rose-shaped piece of ice, filled cup with whiskey; could not ask for a more perfect presentation.

I like the slender trough in this cup, and how shiny it is. I feel the picture is slightly misleading: the bloom of this tenmoku is black, at least for me. the whole cup glistens, however, and parts of it might flash. Good cup.

I love the organic patterns of copper through the dark blue and the way the designs appear through different types of tea (photo with butterfly pea tea). Beautiful tea cup! The box these tea cups come in is lovely too and would make for a great gift!
